HAW manufactures steel equipment, pressure vessels, pipe sections, and accessories. Besides fabrication of new steel components, repair of existing equipment is part of our services. HAW also provides technical documentation and calculations per AD-Regelwerk.
Because the same team designs and fabricates the equipment that HAW then lines, welding profiles, surface access, and geometry are specified with lining requirements built in from the first drawing — the storage tanks, reactors, autoclaves, scrubbers, and containment structures HAW fabricates go straight from the steel shop into the lining process without a handoff gap or a re-work cycle.

Most lining companies receive finished equipment and work backwards — dealing with weld profiles they didn't specify, surface conditions they can't control, and geometries that weren't designed for lining access. At HAW, the steel fabrication team and the lining team work under the same roof. Equipment is designed and built with lining requirements factored in from the first drawing.

Do you fabricate to our drawings, or design from scratch?
Both. HAW fabricates to customer-supplied drawings and calculations, or provides technical documentation and calculations per AD-Regelwerk when designing the equipment.
Can HAW repair existing steel equipment?
Yes — repair of existing equipment is part of HAW's steel manufacturing services, alongside new fabrication.
What certifies HAW's pressure equipment fabrication?
The Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC Annex III, Module H/H1), alongside HAW's ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification.
