Every lining tested

From surface preparation through final acceptance, every stage of every project follows documented procedures with verified outcomes.

Every compound batch is tracked. Every installation is documented. Full traceability from raw material to completed lining.

01

Surface Verification

Profile depth measurement and cleanliness inspection before primer application.

02

Adhesion Testing

Pull testing during and after application to verify bond strength meets specification.

03

Spark Testing

High-voltage spark test at 15kV minimum to detect any pinholes or voids in the finished lining.

04

Thickness Verification

Ultrasonic thickness measurement at documented grid points across the entire lined surface.

05

Documentation

Complete inspection report, material certificates, test results, and quality records delivered with every project.
