Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, Vercel processes the technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer, and browser and operating system details. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a working, secure website). Vercel keeps these logs for a limited period and then deletes them.

Vercel may process data in the USA. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and we have a data processing agreement with Vercel that includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own website, so no connection is made to Google or other font providers.

Contact form and email

When you use the contact form, we process the name, email address, company, phone number and message you enter, in order to answer your enquiry. When you email us, we process the data contained in your email for the same purpose. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or to steps before one, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Form messages are delivered to our mailbox through Microsoft 365, which we use for email. The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland, acting as our processor.

How long we keep data

We delete enquiry data once it is no longer needed to deal with your enquiry. Where an enquiry leads to a business relationship, or where commercial or tax law requires us to keep records (for example under § 257 HGB and § 147 AO, for six or ten years), we keep the data for as long as that requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You can use this website without giving us any personal data. If you want us to answer an enquiry, we need at least your name, an email address and your message.
