Beschreibung
HAW-W06 is a self vulcanizing soft rubber based on bromobutyl filled with carbon black, which can also be applied and vulcanized on site. The layer thickness of the rubber sheet may range between 3 and 6 mm.
Einsatzbereich
- Protective lining for structural components made of steel that are subjected to chemical exposure
- The lining of flue gas scrubbers for power plants and waste incineration, phosphoric acid plants, storage tanks, reaction vessels and pipes.

Verarbeitungshinweise
- The spark test (holiday test) of rubber lining is carried out according EN 14879-4 by using a high voltage tester. For carrying out the spark test, only the high voltage testers of the company Elmed model Isotest IIRT or Isotest Inspect 35 as well as the test pistols of company Wegener model WEG 20, WEG 22 or WEG 100 are allowed.
