Heavy equipment,
installed by the team that built it.
Lifting, placing, aligning, and welding process equipment and structural steel. Our site crews work from the same drawings the equipment was designed and fabricated to.
Where drawings meet reality
Erection is where drawings meet reality. HAW's own site crews install vessels, columns, reactors, and structural steel across Europe, on greenfield sites and in operating plants, working to the same drawings, the same weld procedures, and the same quality plan as our Bockenem workshop.
The scope runs the full range. At the largest, we deliver complete plants together with the Jasmino Group as integrated turnkey packages: equipment, structures, piping, and utilities erected and commissioned under one contract. At the smallest, we send a crew for a single mechanical repair. Most projects sit somewhere in between, and the same engineering depth stands behind all of them.
Because our site crews work for the company that fabricated and lined the equipment, questions raised at site go straight back to the people who built it, and to the Group's engineers where they did the design. Alignment issues are resolved with a phone call, not a claim.
From mobilisation to handover
Every erection job, from a single mechanical repair to a full plant build-out, follows the same disciplined sequence.
